[citeproc-bug] plural attribute doesn't work anymore
See e.g. the just committed Harvard3 style.
It has, for in text citations
yet when I use a page-range, I still get pp. 32-34.
(The same issue the other way around: If I use plural="always" and use a single page I get p.)
