How would I include citation "tags" from my Zotero DB in a bibliography? I couldn't find the proper variable name. I thought it would be "subject", but that didn't produce anything when I added:
<text variable="subject" display="block"/>
to the bibliography. I probably need to create a macro if I have more than one, but would have thought I'd see something.

Have you tried a Zotero report? Reports include the tags for each source. If you want more control over the output you can feed the Zotero report into the report customizer at http://jasonpriem.org/projects/report_cleaner.php.
