Blackwell Synergy not working now

Blackwell synergy was working well for me a while back, but now I'm getting a site translator error.

    hm, can't get blackwell to work despite having updated all translators - zotero no longer grabs the pdf-files. it seems zotero forgets to insert my proxy server name in the address to the pdf:s - the result is zotero downloads snapshots of the "access-restricted" web-page instead of the pdf.

    addendum:

    the manual link on the page which opens the pdf:

    the link to zotero's downloaded "pdf" (zotero calls it a pdf but it is in fact an html-page asking for a subscription etc):

    (testing the first link won't work here because a login is required - only to show how the links differ and that zotero excludes the proxy-part of the address)
