The folders I have made on my computer under the group library won't synch with other computers. I am getting an error message saying "Name 'Principal Co-Investigators : F.U. Ahmed, Dibrugarh…' too long" but I can't find that name in any of my files to change it myself.

    That's not a file name—it's a creator (author/editor/etc.) name. Just do a search for that in each of your libraries until you find the item in question, and then shorten that creator name.

    Note that the item might also be in a library's trash, so it might be necessary to empty the trash before syncing.

    Once you find it, you should also let us know where the item came from in case a site translator needs to be fixed.

    Thank you, I was able to find the file in my personal library. All of the authors had been filled out correctly, but the name that was too long was added after all of the other authors. Hope that helps.
