Automatically snapshot taking problems with ACM and IEEE

Hi, i couldn't report the errors using Zotero, so here they are:

Error messages:

Steps to Reproduce:

1.I've "Automatically take snapshots..." option checked.
2.I try to capture an item from ACM Digital Library or from IEEE Xplore by clicking the icon in the address bar.

Expected result:
Take a snapshot of the page properly.
Actual result:
In the ACM case Zotero does save a snapshot attachment under the saved item in my library but the snapshot is always blank(about::blank). When I try to an capture IEEE Xplore item, it doesn't get a snapshot.

    Some translators do not grab snapshots. That is the case with the Xplore site. Not sure what is going on with the ACM page for you, I just grabbed the snapshot and it worked fine.

    Most people find the "Automatically attach associated PDFs and other files when saving items" preference to be much more useful. With both the cases you have here you should grab the full text pdf's which, I would think, is much more useful than getting a copy of the webpage.

    Yes, it is very useful that Zotero can automatically save PDFs and I use that option too. But, anyways, I just wanted to share the buggy experience. And I want to be more clear: Taking a sole snapshot manually works for me too if it is what you meaned. But it does save a blank snapshot when capturing it automatically from ACM. I checked some items that I had captured from ACM previously; their snapshots are just fine which means I've started to experience this problem recently.
