Can't find toolbar in Word 2010

Hello! Maybe someone can help me as well. Got Windows 2010, Firefox 8.0. Zotero on Firefox works perfectly, but I can't see the Toolbar in Word. I have downloaded the plugin "Word for Windows Plugin for Zotero 2.1/3.0" successfully. The Zotero.dot is present in the folder Microsoft/Word/STARTUP, and having a look in the "Templates and Add-ins" window, "Zotero.dot" is checked and loaded. I've tried also what suggested in "Zotero toolbar doesn't appear". Please please please can you help me????

    Do you have any other add-ins installed? This post suggests that disabling them might help.

    Hi Simon, very nice of you to help out. No, I tried this as well: the only active application add-ins I have is the Zotero.dot, anything else is inactive. Also, I do not have any COM Add-ins any longer. I now wonder: where should the toolbar appear? I had a I am not that familiar with word 2010? Anyway, if I try to customize the ribbon or the toolbar I can't find any zotero stuff...
