Upgrade StorageStorage upgrade

I'd like to upgrade my account from free to 1GB. I have some questions which I have emailed to the storage email address but haven't heard anything from them so hoping someone here can help me please...
1. When I go to Google checkout it lists 1 GB Zotero Online Storage for $20 and also 1 GB Zotero Online Storage Subscription for $21 - is this right - so I have to pay twice to a total of $41, is this right?
2. Is the $20 a one-off charge?
3. Possibly a silly question - but just in case - it doesn't matter that I am in the UK does it?
4. If I stop paying an annual subscription what happens to my library?
5. And, if I stop payments, do I retain anything as part of my free quota?
6. Finally, is anyone working on the WoK/WoS issue so we can download a whole folder or is it likely to stay so we can download one ref at a time?

You'll keep all the files in the library on your computer. Data syncing (see http://www.zotero.org/support/sync) won't be affected.
