Zotero Word for Mac Integration Extension

Hello! I have spent a lot of time searching the discussions and troubleshooting pages and still have not been able to get Zotero to show up in Word. I went to the Firefox add-ons and clicked on Zotero Word for Mac Integration and found Preferences. However, when I click on it, nothing happens. So, I have been unable to do the "reinstall word" that I keep reading about. Please help!

    Provide a report ID after clicking the reinstall button again.

    Hi Simon,

    Thank you for your quick response. I can't provide a report ID when I click the reinstall button, because when I click the Preferences, nothing happens. I haven't been able to find the reinstall option to click on it.

    Try uninstalling and reinstalling the Firefox extension.

    And if that fails, try disabling all extensions except for Zotero, Zotero Word for Mac Integration, and PythonExt, and try again.

    I got it:) I disabled all the other extensions. I uninstalled Zotero, Zotero for Word int, and pythonext, then re-installed all 3 again. Starting from scratch worked.
