Upgrade Storageerror updating your document

This is in regards to Report ID 983668829.
I've got Zotero Standalone with Word 2010 and Windows 7. When I try to add a reference or a bibiliography (style Biological Conservation) to the document I'm working on, I get "zotero experienced an error updating your document".
I've gone through the debugging steps here: http://www.zotero.org/support/word_processor_plugin_troubleshooting#debugging_broken_documents. Sometimes, making a copy (copy and paste, or a new file) alleviates the problem for a few references worth, but then it comes back.

i have same problem with MS word 2007, in win 7, zoterostandalone.
mj1919, provide a report ID after re-triggering the error.
