bibliography pops when not needed

every time i do refresh (in my 2007 word) or when i insert a new citation the whole bibliography pops up!!!
can anyone help me?

    There is likely a corrupt field somewhere in there.
    See step 9 here:
    http://www.zotero.org/support/word_processor_plugin_troubleshooting#debugging_broken_documents

    And look around - there's a good chance you'll find a stray bibliography field somewhere in your document.
    If not, run through steps 1-8.

    thank you for your answer!
    now it has gotten worse... everytime i use the zotero my document get stack and wont respond!
    this is what i got from the error report: 830933783

    as I say - run through steps 1-9 above. You shouldn't need Zotero for those, so that should still be possible.

    i did what you said with the steps couldnt find a bad citation and now i am working on the copy of my file and i think it works better
    still somthing is not working and it keeps inserting bibliogrphy to random places in my paper..
    and i got an eeror report: 428713625
    what does it mean?
