Upgrade StorageWord plug-in does not install
Word plug-in will not install. Error stated could not complete because Word is open to make sure it is closed and restart Firefox. However, Word is closed and no mater how many times I restart it will not install. I have just downloaded and installed the current version of Z and the plug-in. Help Please..
