    could you indicate what this is for? Also, please don't have the title in all-caps and turn filename/id/link into something more clearly identifiable as the style in question.

    It's a style you need to write a dissertation at TU-WIEN (technical university of vienna)

    Please note for future submissions that we use hyphens (-) and not underscores (_) in filenames/links/ids (see here: https://github.com/citation-style-language/styles/wiki/Style-Requirements ).
    Also, as much as you love your hometown ;-), please don't put it in all caps in the style title.
