Saving on library section

I am not able to save my work and I am loosing too much time. i have been able to save any information since 4 days. Please I need a help. Mohamed manga

    Thanks mronko. My problem is that i cannot save my work on my library. I have savec only five references since two days. I really don't know what to do. I put all the information, but whenever I try to save it, it fails. And this was not the case five days ago when I started to make my library.

    How do you know that "it fails"? Is there an error message? Zotero does not have a feature for saving, so it is not clear to me what you are trying to do. Have you looked at the tutorial videos to see how it is supposed to work?
