Error at startup of FF after reboot, when FF installed new version of OO integration.

    No errors made it into that report. Restart Firefox and provide another, and provide more details on what the problem is.

    It gave me the chance to run the install by double-clicking the file, so I did, got a bunch of pop-ups, and seemingly it installed. Restarting FF goes normally, so clearly something got installed somewhere.

    Sure, understood. Thanks anyway.

    But please don't blame me...I just followed the prompts and clicked Send Report, and then did as it told me and posted the Report ID. If it didn't generate anything meaningful, that isn't something I have any control over.

    Please read the page I linked to. It tells you how to provide a proper bug report with enough information for us to be able to help you. It's not even clear to me what the problem is you're facing.

    If things are working now, don't worry about it - I'm not quite sure if that's implied by your second post, but if an error just goes away after restarting Firefox and doesn't re-occur it's irrelevant.

    If you're still having trouble, read the linked information.
    The error report just gives Dan&Co the error message that Zotero throws, you need to tell them when/how the error occurs.

    Sorry, I assumed all the information you needed was in the crash report (which I can't now recreate, of course), not just the message.
    It all seems to be working now so it's moot. Sorry for the misunderstanding.
