Problem with Word Plugin

Hi everyone! I'm having some problems with the communication between Firefox and Word 2008 Mac. The no. of the problem is 1218131480. Even though I've tried to install every plugin to make it work, it doesn't and I've done almost everything.

    Upgrade to version 3.1.8 of the plugin, which came out last night.

    Yes! and I'm always repeating the same but nothing!!! :S

    What error exactly are you seeing? I don't mean the number, but do you get an error message displayed? Or does Zotero just not respond?

    Zotero works on my Firefox. I have everything installed to use it also on Microsoft Word 2008 Mac, but there is no communication between them; so anything appears when I open Word in order to transfer the bibliography from Firefox...

    please be more precise. When you say "there is no communication between the two," what exactly do you mean? Does that mean you don't see the Zotero items in the apple script menu in Word? Do you see them, but clicking them you don't get a response? Do you get the "Word could not Communicate with Zotero..." error?

    I don't see the item on Word... and again, when I try to enter in the zotero item folder on my computer and I click, for instance, in the plugin for, let's say, add bibliography, it says:

    on error
    display alert "Word could not communicate with Zotero. Please ensure that Firefox is open and try again." as critical
