Problem with Word Plugin

Hi everyone!

When I come to install zotero on firefox I don't have any problem. Also I'm able to install the plugin for word on my office in Mac, but when I try to import the bibliographies saved on zotero, both softwares cannot communicate between them, thus I can't use zotero on Word 2008. What do I have to do???
