Upgrade StorageInsert citation not working
Hey guys,
I started using Zotero some time ago and was very happy as it worked wonderfully, both in terms of collecting references as well as inserting citations using the Word plugin.
I haven't used Zotero since that first time (a week or two ago?) and when I came back now the reference collection tool worked for me but the insert citation Word plugin didn't. When I click on "Insert citation" in Word nothing happens; no window pops up, nothing.
This is rather frustrating and stressful when in the midst of writing a thesis. Can anyone help me, please?
I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the plugin but that didn't help. I've done the "Reinstall Word Add-in" but that didn't help either.
I'm using Word 2007, Firefox 7.0.1 and Zotero 2.1.10.

vaniarIt seems to be working now again. Not sure what was going on yesterday but no matter how many times I restarted or reinstalled, nothing worked. But it's working now (and hopefully it will continue to work). Thanks though!
