Cannot capture information from LISA (Library and Information Science Abstracts) on ProQuest

Hello,

I find I am unable to capture citations from LISA (Library and Information Science Abstracts) on ProQuest. I'm aware of the ProQuest issues from earlier this week, but at this point all the other ProQuest databases I tested are working fine. A colleague at my institution is experiencing the same issue on her computer.

I'm using Zotero 2.1.10, Firefox 7.0.1, Windows XP.

Any suggestions would be much appreciated. Thanks!

    We have those through EBSCO, I can't see this.

    After further testing, it seems that this same problem is happening on many (but not all) of our ProQuest databases. I'll report back after trying the solutions suggested here:
