Upgrade StorageUnable to download an English version of Zotero, keeps installing itself as French.
Hi, various settings on my laptop are in French, some in English.
I need my bibliography, citations, etc. to all be in English (e.g. when citing an online source, it will say [accessed 10/10/11] instead of [consulté 10/10/11], etc.
In addition, the Zotero Firefox Extension and the MSword extension will only appear in French, and doesn't look at all like an iTunes window, but instead is almost all white and no round buttons. Even some of the features seem to be missing.
I tried resetting certain settings both on my computer and on Firefox to English as the primary language, then I reinstalled both the extensions, but everything is still in French.
I am at a complete loss as to how to get everything Zotero in English, if anyone can suggest something, I'd be really grateful.

if that doesn't help you'd need to say what OS, what Zotero version etc. you're using.
Thanks very much, that worked. It told me to install Firefox in English instead of French, so I 'updated' it using the American version and now everything has gone to English, and I haven't lost any of my bookmarks or Firefox settings either (or Zotero's for that matter) !
