Icons in Word plugin

I just installed the word plugin (1.0b3) and it seems to be working great except that the icons on the word toolbar do not appear. I can click the buttons, but the buttons are blank areas. I am using Word X and Zotero 1.03. Any fixes?

    Can you try reinstalling the plugin and see if the problem persists?

    I've done it with no change.

    There could be an issue with your macro security. Try turning your macro security down and see if this helps resolve the issue.

    The only macro security that I know of is the Word preferance "macro virus protection," which I had on but only askes me whether I want to load macros or not. I tried turning it off, no effect. Is there another macro preferance somewhere else?
