Sync error report ID# 1889276964

Hi,
I just suddenly started having sync errors occurring with the Zotero installation on my Lenovo x201 PC laptop. This has previously been working fine. I am not sure what is going on. Report ID is above.

What happens is: I start the sync, the progress bar appears, it goes up to about 8-9%, and then I get the red exclamation point that says "A file sync error occurred." I have tried restarting both Firefox and the entire computer, and neither solved the problem.

  • Ok, thanks. Yes, I am using a different internet connection at the moment than usual (am doing this from somewhere that I am staying for the weekend). Is that what you mean?
  • That shouldn't be a problem, but it's a possible reason.
