Upgrade Storageerror message with Zotero integration in MS Office 2010
I keep getting this (apparently generic error message): Any ideas?
Zotero experienced an error updating your document.
Component returned failure code: 0x80004005(NS_ERROR_FAILURE)[zoteroIntegrationField.setCode]
I do NOT have a click-to-run install, I have installed from a disk. The only help I could find on this situation in the troubleshooting, suggests that this matter is only related to click-to-run installs, however I've found this is not so, and really need it fixed, please!

suzieq69Tried that Simon, but it is not showing up in Zotero. I think it is more of a fault within MSOffice working with the Zotero integration download, rather than a Zotero fault in itself. I have done every suggestion on the forums, and the error message keeps re-curring. Any other suggestions please anyone? I have an essay due next week and cannot use my program at this point!! :(
