Getting my group to appear in zotero client

I recently started a group. However, it did not appear automatically in the left hand column of my Zotero client. I have been searching for ways to get the group to appear and I cannot find a solution. Any help would be most appreciated. Thanks.

The group will appear in the client after a successful sync.

Yeah, I have synced Zotero manually on several occasions and Zotero has synced automatically numerous times without the group appearing in the client. Any suggestions?

If you're sure that other data is syncing, make a change to the group on the website (e.g., the group name) and sync again. But it's much more likely that no changes are going through.
