Problem with MS Word plug in installation

Previously zotero was working fine with my MS word plug in, my employer then accidentally deleted my work account. After they reinstalled it, my plug in had disappeared from MS word. I have read many posts about this problem and I am the administrator on this computer and have full permissions, I have tried the manual installation and that doesn't work, I have uninstalled and reinstalled both zotero and and the plug in. Please help.

    start by describing the actual set-up you're using. You're not providing any information to even start troubleshooting.

    I am using Windows XP and Word 2007

    Based on that error message, the first thing to try is uninstalling and reinstalling Zotero WinWord Integration (the Firefox extension) and then reinstalling the Word Add-on from the Zotero preferences. If that doesn't work, generate a new report ID.

    There's no Zotero-related error there. Are you getting a message that an error occurred when you try to reinstall from the Zotero preferences? If so, try again (only the part from the Z preferences is necessary) and generate another report ID.

    I fixed it, my employer never put my U:drive back which is where the Word startup file with the Zotero.doc file was, works now
