Installing Zotero MacWord Integration hanging

I have just attempted to install the two plugins for MacWord. I see two Progress windows running at the same time and obviously hanging. Why and what should I do to stop them from hanging?

    I think this is a bug that can appear when multiple Firefox windows open on startup. Close all but one of your Firefox windows and restart Firefox.

    Why does the Zotero icon at btm right of Word no longer appear?

    How do I correct that?

    Running Word for Mac 2011 and latest version of Zotero (2.1.0).
