Metadata retrieval does not work after I switched computers

Hi,

I recently switched computers, where I was working on a parellels version of firefox on a mac to a windows 7 computer. Since then I am not able to retrieve metadata on any of my pdf files, including the ones that I was able to do so earlier.

I get the message - cannot read OCRed text.

The error report is - 32633998.

Zotero version 2.1.10 and firefox version - 6.0.2. I used Norton internet security.
