Word plugin - default setting for search window

I noticed that when you add a citation, the search window always jumps to the first item in my library. Is there a way to make it jump by default to the last item cited? I tend to work through my sources one by one and it is a little tedious to have to search for one source over and over again.

    Until "remember last item cited" is implemented, you could put the current reference you are working with in a collection. The plugin does remember the last collection cited from. If you only had one reference at a time in that collection I think you would essentially have what you want.
