highlight and markup text

It would be really helpful if it would be possible to highlight or markup text passages in the notes section of the database. First, because if one wants to quote literally from the original text there might be italics etc. Second, because it would allow to highlight or markup passages of special interest.

    I can't recall if highlighting has specifically been asked for in notes (as opposed to snapshots, where it already exists), but it is obviously related.
