for group libraries, citation-style bibs can only be created from local version?

seeking to confirm what appears to be obvious: to create a styled bibliography (chicago, etc.) from a Group Library, one must do this from the local (client) version, correct?

in other words, there's no way to create a styled bib straight from the cloud, correct?

    it's not possible from the group library site - though that's forthcoming.

    Through the server api it _is_ possible to create a styled bib straight from the cloud, though. See here for documentation.

    Examples of applications of this include the Zotpress plugin for Wordpress. Getting formatted bibs through atom feed is actually relatively straightforward.
