Word for Mac add-on error during install

Hello,
I've been trying to install the word for mac add-on with no luck. When I restart Firefox, I get the error:
“Zotero Macword Integration
Installation could not be completed because an error occurred. Please ensure that Microsoft Word is closed, and then restart Firefox.”

I’m running:
Mac OS X 10.7.1
Firefox 6.0.2

And I’ve installed the add-ons:
Zotero 2.1.10
PythonExt 110710
Zotero MacWord Integration 3.1.6.r10114

I’ve run an error report and get the following Report ID: 403194452

    Go to /Applications/Microsoft Office 2011/Office, select the Startup folder, go to File->Get Info, and give yourself permission to modify it. Also let us know what's inside it, because it sounds like some other piece of software has set the wrong permissions on that folder, which is why you're getting this error.

    Alright, I went into the Office folder and there was no startup folder in there at all for some reason. I created one and went into preferences in Word and set the startup file path to that folder... now it works fine!
