All the citations have been replaced by a stange code

Hi, I will need some help

I'm working with a mac OSX 10.5.8 and Zotero 2.1
All the citations of the document have been replaced by a stange code
I tried to copy that code to this message but when I paste it, it was ok (with the original citation).
All the bibliography disappeard of the document.

Anyone knows what's the problem?
And how can I solve it?

I've been searching this error in the forrun but I didn't have any luck.

    You have enable "Show field codes" feature of word.

    Highlight the entire document and then right-click on a citation and you will see an option to hide the field codes.
