Style Request: Journal of Shoulder and Elbow Surgery

1) What style is this most like: Vancouver.

2) How is it different: The DOI number is included in the citation at the end. After 6 authors, it should go to et al.

Thanks for including this style. Unfortunately they want the bibliography in alphabetical order. Any possibility this can be fixed?

OK, both issues are fixed and style is up, should show up within 30mins on the repository (check the date).

I downloaded the csl file for journal of shoulder and elbow surgery.
The file is on my desktop. When I try to add the citation style to Zotero (I tried both technique : double-clicking, or add it manually in the zotero citing settings), all i get is :
"xxx.csl is not a valid file"

Could you help me ?
