In page citations randomly adding author initials

It seems to me that Zotero is "randomly" adding author initials to my in page citations (not the bibliography). Sometimes it formats as (Author Year), other times, (A. Author Year) - in APA

I can't figure out what is up. Seems the author information is entered correctly within the Library itself
