Error Message whenever clicking any Zotero Button in Open Office

I just started using Zotero Standalone (3.0b2.1) on a Mac with MacOS X 10.7.1 (Lion) and OpenOffice 3.3.0
Working on a document I inserted several citations but suddenly whenever clicking a zotero button, I'm getting the following error message:

When I remove the last few citations and start inserting them again, it works fine for a while but at a certain point of time, the problems start again.
I was not able to find the specific citation that causes the problem, yet.

Any idea what's wrong?

    The specific citation that causes the problem is probably in a weird place (e.g., text frame).

    ok, found it. it's a quote in a table...
    Thanks a lot for the hint!
    But, shouldn't it be possible to insert quotes everywhere?
    Is there any workaround?

    had the same problem. quote was in a frame (in the description of a picture). is there at least a way to show a more precise error message?
