Can't download Firefox

I have a dell Inspiron 1525, service pack 2, 32-bit operating system. When I click on download for firefox. It ask it I want to open or save, I select save and it save's to a folder and then i get a message stated download complete. when I open the save document, it ask me how do I want to open it and it gives me internet explorer as a choice. when i select that choice, it begins to ask me again do i want to open or save. If I select open then it takes me back to choosing if i want to save or open. PLEASE HELP! I know it's not downloaded because on Zotero's home screen, it still has the button there for me to download firefox.
  • there is no link to download Firefox on the Zotero homepage. What exactly are you trying to do?
If you actually want to download and install Firefox, go here: http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/fx/
  • It sounds like sherylw83 is trying to download Zotero for Firefox, but is using Internet Explorer to do it. Sheryl, for the current version of Zotero you need to install a different browser first, Firefox, which you can download at the link given by adamsmith. Only then you can install Zotero, by using Firefox instead of Internet Explorer to visit the zotero.org website and download the Zotero addon.
