Long list of plugins

When I open the Add-ons Manager and click on "Plugins" I am shown a long list of plugins. Things like Google Earth, Google Talk, Shockwave and much more. It seems to be the same list of plugins as I had in Firefox. Apparently these got imported automatically when I said that I wanted to use my settings and library from Firefox. Should the importer perhaps be changed so as not to import all those plugins?

    those aren't imported, they are shared - I don't think this causes any more space or CPU usage so just disregard.
