New style spec for King's College London, Dept. Humanities.

I've just put together a version of the Harvard style based upon the guidelines proved by the ISS services at King's College London. Could some one kindly post to the appropriate Zotero repository for general usage.

    the repository is csl 1.0 only.

    ok, it's up.
    Note that it didn't validate - for the update date - either leave it out entirely (the repository will put in the current date anyway) or use a correctly formatted day (see the other styles).
    Also text-case isn't allowed on <name...
    Fixed those.
    Otherwise looks great, thanks for contributing.
