Unable to open PDFs in group library

Hi,

Having painstakingly populated a group library, I now find that the group cannot access the PDFs via the group library on the Zotero website. They can see the references, but the PDFs will not open. A few weeks ago, we did not have a problem.

I can open the PDFs via my Zotero toolbar, but not via the website.

Any idea what the problem might be?

    would be the first place to go.
    Also make sure that the group has the appropriate permissions set and the group owner enough sync space left.

    Assuming none of the things adamsmith said are your problem, the new library was missing download links on attachment item pages (they were only on a parent item's page). That has now been corrected.
