Upgrade Storagegerman equivalent for et al.
hello!
my problem is that when i try to cite in cell journal style my citation is with u.a. instead of et al.! Is this caused by my german word version or why does the citation show up in german?!

In short, citations are by default generated in the language used by Firefox. I'll change the Cell Journal style to always use US English, though, as it's an American journal.
