"Something went wrong, we are not sure what"

I attempted to open my library to a tag and received the note above. What do I do about opening that tag?

    The note is harmless-- it means that an unexpected response was received from the server. The causes of it are being ironed out; what operating system (name & version) and browser (name & version) are you using?

    Wait-- you can't open the tag? Or there's a note like this, but the tag opens anyway?
