This report references to the 0x80004005 (NS_ERROR_FAILURE) error in WORD 2010 (professional plus trial edition)
I'm using firefox 4.01, because of issues with OpenOffice and zotero. the rest is up to date.
Just by 'adding citation' I get this error, or by pushing any other button of the zotero addin in word.

SimonYou can't use the old OpenOffice.org plug-in together with the Word plug-in version 3.1.2 or later. (Apparently I forgot to add the warning message to the new Word plug-in.) Disable one or the other, or install version 3.1.1 of the Word plug-in.
