"Extract Annotations" is not showing as an option?

Hello,
I downloaded Zotero and the Zotfile plug-in so that I can extract annotations from my PDFs. However, when I right-click on the entry the only options that come up with Manager Attachments are "Rename and Move" and "Get Table of Contents." I have tried installing and reinstalling Zotfile, restarting Zotero etc. And I've looked at a number of different forums, but I can't seem to find a solution.

Any ideas?
