How to solve the problem about WebDav

I use a cloud webdav to save my files and have provided the url, accounts and passwords. However, zotero tells me that "Component returned failure code: 0x804b000a (NS_ERROR_MALFORMED_URI) [nsIIOService.newURI]" when zetoro tries to confirm my account. How to solve this problem? Thanks a lot!
