Upgrade StorageMoving References between My Library and Group Library

I am needing to share references from sub-collections in My Library to sub-collections in a Group Library. Some of the sub-collections move across to Group Library with ease, while others do not transfer at all and I do not understand why the discrepancy exists and how to overcome it. Any advice on how to navigate this would be much appreciated! Thank you for your assistance.

If you already dragged a collection or item and want to copy the latest version, you'll need to delete it or move it to the trash in the target library first.
