Can't Save Export Files

When I try to export my library (regardless of format), the dialogue box pops open but then freezes. The "save" box is greyed out and I cannot navigate to different folders. I can't even click cancel -- I have to press escape.

    Can you provide a Report ID? What OS? The save dialog comes from your OS, not from Zotero, so a freeze generally would indicate a problem with your system configuration outside of Zotero.

    I managed to fix the problem by updating the operating system -- new computer for work. What was strange is that it wasn't happening with any other applications. In any case, thanks for the reply.
