Sync doesn't work

Whenever I try to sync my Zotero, there comes an error "Request timed out". How can I fix this or is it a bug? User name as well as password ar correct. Please help me!!
  • Can you provide a Debug ID for a sync that results in an error?

  • I linked to instructions for providing a Debug ID.

    But from the looks of it, all your network connections in Zotero are just failing, so you wouldn't be able to generate a Debug ID either.
