Upgrade StorageZOTERO wont insert citation - says "You must place the cursor in a Zotero citation"

I have been using Zotero and adding citations to my microsoft word doc and just now it wont let me add a new citation. I get a box saying "You must place the cursor in a Zotero citation to edit it." But I want to add a new citation, not edit a current one. I have not had this issue before. I have closed Zotero and word and re opened and I just get teh same text box. Can anyone help me?

If not, what version of Word, and how exactly are you triggering this?
