Upgrade Storagezotero doesn't save webpage with snapshot

i noticed that if i click on zotero web extension on a random website, i can see "save webpage with snapshot" but if i click it, zotero doesn't save anything. i don't know what to do.

dstillmanCan you provide a Debug ID from the Zotero Connector for 1) loading the page and 2) trying to save?
