(Please don't post to multiple threads for the same issue, and please be patient after opening a thread.)

Can you go to your Zotero data directory, open the 'logs' folder, and email the upgrade.log file to support@zotero.org with a link to this thread? And what's the date of the upgrade.log file?
  • I've just sent the mail to support@zotero.org with the upgrade.log file and a link to this thread. The upgrade.log file date is 16.06.2021
  • We didn't receive it, but if you really mean June 2021, does that mean you've been receiving this error since then?

That would mean that you originally upgraded from Zotero 5 to an early Zotero 6 beta. You should re-upgrade to the current release of Zotero 6 using your previous Zotero 5 database, which should still exist in the data directory as something like zotero.sqlite.111.bak. Close Zotero, make a backup of zotero.sqlite and all .bak files in that folder, and then delete zotero.sqlite and copy zotero.sqlite.111.bak to zotero.sqlite and try the upgrade again.

OK, we got the upgrade log. It looks like this was actually from an earlier upgrade in Zotero 5. You should have a zotero.sqlite.110.bak file in the data directory, and if you perform the upgrade again with Zotero 6 using that file, this should go away.
