Upgrade StorageSaving items from Factiva - not all saving
Hi,
I'm having a problem saving items from Factiva to Zotero. I've been saving newspaper articles, searching by year, using Zotero connector (both on Chrome and FF) and selecting all items (100 per page) to save.
For some searches all selected items save as they should, but for others only a seemingly random number is saved - e.g. I select all 100 but sometimes it saves 85, sometimes 73, sometimes 56, etc.
Has this happened to anyone else or do you know what might be causing this?
